What Are Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS)? Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS), or Bharatiya Jnana Parampara, refers to the systematic, rigorous bodies of knowledge developed on the Indian subcontinent over thousands of years, encompassing science, technology, philosophy, medicine, governance, arts, ecology, ethics, and aesthetics.
